Stop by the YMCA and get an InBody Scan that provides a comprehensive view of what makes up your body. Inbody focuses on body compostion rather than simply monitoring your weight.
Group Fitness + Personal Training
Accountability is key in maintaining a healthy routine. With all-access to the Y, you get access to 130+ land, water and virtual classes. We also offer personal training packages.

It’s Indiana, so it may be a little too cold to stroll through the park. But you can still get outdoors, be active, and have some fun while doing it. The Frozen Sandlot is an excellent alternative!
JOIN THE Y
At the Y, we want to make sure you are healthy, connected and growing. That’s why we offer lots of ways to get involved, at any level. No contract and if money is an issue, come and talk to us.

Whether it’s at the Y’s indoor track, in the mall or through one of our beautiful local parks, just walking can get you on a healthier path.
